Do you wake up every morning feeling as if you haven’t slept at all? Or do you wake up feeling tired and don’t feel like going to work? These are the feelings that I have encountered during my time when I research into sleep quality and mattress. My findings to me are quite interesting. What I write mostly on my page is things that I personally experiment and drawing up my own conclusions. I am open to arguments and willing to sit down with you for a cup of coffee about it.
Quality Sleep
Everyone can fall asleep; only problem is some of us sleep within seconds we are on a bed while others take several minutes. Well today I am not going to talk about how to fall asleep instead I would be talking about quality sleep.
A quality sleep is the kind of sleep that you wake up to fresh, alert and “ready to fight 7 tigers throughout the day”. But the sad reality is, not many of us have that luxury. We wake up feeling tired and distraught and not willing to even get off bed and wish to be “rolling in the deep”. The reason for this is we are turning in bed so much it interrupts the body’s repair functions during sleep.
As understood, we go through 4 stages and REM (rapid eye movement) during our sleep. These five stages repair our body, muscles and give us energy; where each stage has a certain amount of time. This is why it is recommended at least 7 hours a day. It occurs several times a night and lasts as long as 90 minutes. But not forgetting each time we sleep, we do turn in bed which interrupts our sleep.
It’s called pressure points on a body given caused by the mattress.
I will explain what pressure points are in my next write up. If you feel you benefit from this write up, copy the link above and paste it on your Facebook and share it with your friends. The more reader I get the more I share and I will give you personal advises on sleep.
