Standard Delivery (Included in mattress price for most areas)
- Free delivery + free installation (we bring the mattress into your room, unpack it, and set it up on your bed frame)
- Delivery timeframe:7-14 working days depending on your location (West Malaysia)
- We use our own delivery team, A L Transport Station outside of Penang.
Important: Mattress Size & Access Requirements (Please Read Before Ordering)
Mattresses are large, bulky items that do not bend. It is your responsibility to ensure the mattress can physically fit through your doors, staircases, corridors, and into the desired room.
We will NOT be liable for delivery failure if the mattress cannot fit, and the following will apply:
- Delivery will be completed to the ground floor / doorstep / lobby only
- Return or exchange due to “cannot fit” will be treated as change-of-mind → customer pays full return shipping + any restocking fees
- We highly recommend you measure everything before ordering
Mandatory measurement checklist (please measure these and confirm you are satisfied):
- Doorway width (minimum required: Super Single 100cm, Queen 155cm, King 190cm)
- Staircase width and turning space (especially for landed houses – measure the narrowest point and any bends)
- Corridor width and ceiling height on stairs
- Elevator size (if apartment/condo – measure internal width, depth, and door opening)
- Any low beams, tight corners, or obstacles
We provide exact mattress dimensions (packed and unpacked) on every product page. If in doubt, WhatsApp us photos of your staircase/elevator – we will advise for free before you order.
Walk-Up / No Lift Apartments & Condos
If your unit is in a walk-up flat, apartment, or condo with no working elevator/lift, additional stair-carrying charges will apply:
- Charges start from RM50–RM200+ depending on floor level, mattress size, and difficulty
- This will be quoted and agreed with you directly by the delivery team on the day (or before) delivery day
- Payment for stair charges is made directly to the delivery team (cash or bank transfer)
- We will always inform you in advance if we know it’s a walk-up (please mention it in order notes)
Pro tip: Tell us your building type and floor in the order notes or WhatsApp us – we can give you an exact quote upfront so there are no surprises.
Other Possible Additional Charges (Rare)
- Hoisting over balcony or through window (if staircase/elevator impossible): RM150–RM400 (quoted case-by-case)
How to Avoid Any Issues
At checkout, you will see this checkbox (we made it mandatory):
☑ I confirm I have measured my doorways, staircase, corridors, and elevator, and confirm the selected mattress can fit into my desired room. I understand that if it does not fit, delivery will be to ground floor only and return/exchange will be at my own cost.
This protects both of us – 99% of deliveries go perfectly when customers measure first!
If you have any doubts at all, just WhatsApp us with photos or measurements – we reply fast and will honestly tell you if it will fit or suggest a smaller size.
